Noto Hunters... Silly Boys

This story begins at the bank of Trinsic.  I was having a conversation with my friend Sauron and some guy who was trying to sell a deed to a tower.  A newly-ressed individual was running around the bank yelling "PKS outside the gate!"  I decided to go see what's going on, where there's a pk there's a profit to be made.

"So... where are the pks?" I asked to the public outside the gate.  No response.

"Where are the pks?" I asked again, and again received no response.

Since nobody was anxious to reply to me, I made my way up the road searching for player killers, and shouting "Where are the pks?" the whole time.  Finally I came upon a fellow who answered me.

"What pks?" replied Shamopoly.

"uhhh where are the pks" said Sauron, who was right behind me.

"Port Ort Grav" hmmm... wonder what Shamopoly is up to.

A bolt of lightning fell to the ground shortly after, the person standing above that piece of ground was Sauron.  Shamopoly had just attacked Sauron who was standing weaponless and in a death robe.  My my, what courage.

"Port Ort Grav" said Shamopoly again, chasing Sauron to town.

Sauron managed to escape with his life after running close to the town gates, Shamopoly stood nearby.

"Hahah, little pussy." Shamopoly yelled into Sauron's general direction.

"Wow Shamopoly, you are the bravest noto hunter I've ever seen.  Funny how you attacked Sauron when I was standing right infront of you." I told Shamopoly.

"You want some too?" he said.

I thought about what he just said.  I had to run a few days prior from a person armed with only a halberd.  But my recent ability to wear plate, and the fact that I dismantled a bear while equipped with only a dagger boosted my confidence.

"Yes sir, I do.  Please give me a large helping." I told him.

"Corp Por" was his only reply, I prepared for the oncoming attack, but then began to laugh as the spell fizzled.... twice.

"Port Ort Grav" he then said.

"Hmm, perhaps this attempt will not fail." I said.

And it didn't, this one hit me for a whopping 10 damage.  I quickly entered war mode and began my onslaught.  I got 2 hits in before he could begin casting another spell, and that spell was canceled once my next hit went in.  After he went down to about 70% health he realized that he was not destined to win this encounter, and began running toward the town.

"GUARDS GUARDS GUARDS" were the only words I heard coming from him as he raced into town.  The guards must have known that he instigated this attack, as they did not come to his aid.

"Coward! Fight me!" I yelled as I drove my war fork once again into his body.

He continued to run around the streets of Trinsic like a madman screaming guards, and I continued driving my war fork into him.  The people who witnessed the attack on Sauron and myself rallied on my behalf.

"Kill him kill him! Kill the noto pk!" they yelled while attempting to block Shamopoly's escape.

"Damn coward!  Fight me you piece of trash!" I yelled at him.

Finally seeing that no one would come to his aid, and that his life was down to around 45% he zigged when I thought he would zag, turned a corner and uttered the words of a coward...

"Kal Ort Por" he said, and then vanished.

"Once again the noto hunters prove their courage.  Attacking an unarmoured and weaponless man is all they are capable of." I said.

Suddenly I noticed Shamopoly walk up to me from behind, apparently he had recalled to the bank.

"Ah, the coward returns." I said outloud, laughing.

"I only recalled cause you are cheating." he said.

"Cheating?  Sir, how does one cheat in a fight?" I asked.

"You were townkilling, cheater!" he replied.

I laughed at his obvious lack of knowledge of the game, and the Diablo jargon he just used.  I would have told him to call a GM and ask if I was cheating, but I was afraid the GM would laugh at him as much as I was laughing right after he said that I was cheating.  I turned around and walked to the bank to continue what I had started before leaving town just a few minutes before.

Moral of this Story:  It's obvious isn't it?  Don't attack people you can't beat, and if the guards don't come on the first call, then don't spam and lag the rest of the people on the screen.  Just shut up and fight, or run like a coward.
