Warik is Breaking into My House NOW!

This story takes place in a house near Shame.  After such a long absence from the game I figured that my customers would have sufficient time to load their house with goodies... I was right.

"Hmm what a lovely home, I'm sure the owner won't mind if I take all the stuff inside." I said.

"Hey stop, that's my house." said a nearby newbie.

"It is?  Good, now I know who to thank if I find good stuff." I replied.

"I'm calling a GM." he said.

"Be my guest, if he doesn't show up let me know and I'll call him too."

I opened up the door and stepped inside, promptly picking up the 2 boxes and 1 chest that were inside.  I began sifting through the goods within the containers finding mostly junk.  It really irritates me when someone fills a whole bag with 100 stones worth of CLOTHING for no apparent reason.  It also pisses me off even more when someone fills another box with nothing but booze, as if he's gonna drink all this crap.  However, it pleases me when I find a box with a bag with 1000 gold and a full set of silver plate, even if it wasn't magic.

"Ah, I have found some nice gifts in these boxes.  Many thanks my friend." I said while bowing.

"Warik, did you break into this house?" asked an invisible figure, obviously a GM.

"Unless using a key is considered illegal, then no." I replied.

"He broke into my house, he's stealing my stuff!!!" the newbie protested.

"He has a key, he's not breaking in." the GM told the newbie.

"COME ON HE IS STEALING ALL MY THINGS" the newbie yelled.

The GM quickly hit his macro for "Sorry, there is nothing I can do." and then left.

"You prick I'm going to kill you!" he told me.  He then attacked, armed with a big bad katana and an assortment of bone armour and plate.

"No, you're not." I said as I lodged my war fork into his ribcage.

He ran like a madman out the door and fled into the forest.  I was going to give chase but there were a few guys outside who looked like noto-pks and I didn't feel like trying my luck, even if it's been good lately.  I recalled back to the bank and deposited my new cash and platemail.  I WOULD have put it into my house, only my house decayed and they are ridiculously expensive now.

Moral of this Story:  Don't bug GMs with nonsense, their response time is horrible enough as it is for you to be drawing their attention when they could be taking care of actual problems.  Also don't attack someone who will obviously kick your ass, what chance did a guy in bone/plate with a katana stand against someone with gold plate and a magic war fork?
