I was walking by the healers on my way from the bank to the mage shop to stock up on some regs when I see a couple of morons. They're sitting there in war mode in front of the healer with their bows armed waiting on grays to res. How challenging!

"What are you doing??" I asked.

"I'm building my skills!" Wow. Idiots are everywhere, I suppose.

"Attacking people with 1 HP and no weapon must make you feel very superior."

After seeing this stupidity, getting regs became less important than showing these fools what PVP was. So, I went inside the healers and marked a rune. I asked one of the recently ressed thieves for a death robe and left town to make myself gray. In the cemetery I found a vendor to attack and 30 seconds later I recalled to the healer. Let the games begin!

I walked out of the healer gray and naturally, I'm attacked. YAY!

Out comes the heavy xbow. My thief has 95 STR, 97 DEX and the bow is a GM bowyer bow - needless to say, these two amateur pvp'ers were dead rather quickly. I also got a good chuckle out of the idiots who were calling guards on me as I looted the corpse. Don't these people understand? If I kill someone right in front of you - they're probably gray to me and legal for me to loot. *sigh*

That was fun, but not really interesting. The interesting part came when a passerby attacked me on my second (of MANY) go-gray-and-recall-to-healer trip. He wasn't camping - he just happened to walk up and decided that picking on a newly ressed gray guy would be fun, I guess.

Well, this guy figures out that he's in trouble in a hurry and starts running for the bank. It still stuns me when someone attacks ME and then calls the guards - like whipping their ass for attacking me is a crime. He's about 10 steps from the bank when his ever intelligent macro "Vendor buy the bank guards" going full force.

"OoooOO Ooo oOo OooO OooOo"

Awww... too bad. I guess he didn't make it. =(

So as I looted him and laughed at the other "guards!" calling fools, I discover why he was running like a bat out of hell for the bank. He has 200 each of 3 or 4 regs, full black plate and about 4800 gold! Carrying all this, he'd decided it would be a good idea to pick on a newly ressed thief. Hahah. Foolish mortal.

Since I was so close to the bank, I deposited my new wealth and went for repeat performances at the healer as gray. Nothing else that interesting happened, but all in all I made over 10k in gold and about 10 sets of armor/weapons (some good and two VERY nice) in about an hour.

I took all of the crappy armor and weapons to decay on an animal corpse. I left nothing on these fools - I even took their bard instruments. I wanted these people to be pissed when they came back to see NOTHING left on their corpse.

By the time I was done, all of the grays were standing around watching and cheering me on. After my hour of idiot killing, not one healer-camper was left. Wonder why... ;)
