Lucki gets even luckier!

This story takes place near Vesper on the Sonoma shard.

Wandering around Britannia one night trying to get rid of some fancy shirts I got off a tailor macroer I was delighted to see some guy walk into his house, John. I ran after him, get inside, and he asks me to leave. I decided this guy wasn't worth letting go (besides I was getting low on funds and goods) so I steal his keyring ;-)

He then has the nerve to ask if I would sell it back to him and asks me a fair price. I ask what his offer is when he tells me he is a smith and offers a suit of armor with an AR of 33, worth 2250 gp if he sold it off his vendor, looking around I find regs, runes, keys, suits of armor, all of which I pick up.

"Is that all this place is worth to you?"

He starts getting upset as I fill my pack with his best goods. He begins to get a tad upset and starts with the famous words of blade spirits and ebolts and other nasties so I decide its time for me to log out and let him calm down ;-)

Returning about 10 minutes later I find the rest of the suits of armor and stuff gone and the place a mess. So, I finish it off by putting everything in a bag and go to ID some staves and sell some gems and other loot. Some of the loot I can recall was: about $2k in gems and halberds, other stuff I sold, 1245 feathers, 88 ash, 63 nightshade, 48 spiders silk, about 20 of each recall reg, 4 suits of silver plate armor except for the arms, about 20 keys to various places, one master key marked training hut, the building I know of is a forge so I still need to find the Training hut ;-P

I think a good point John learned here was if a scoundrel runs into your house and you don't have the ability to dispatch him you are better off logging out or recalling. It may not be the most loyal or noble thing to do and you will probably lose most (if not all) of your valuables inside but at least you don't also let him steal your set of keys to all your guild's buildings and a master key to a training hut, especially when you have runes inside the house that you allow the thief to pick up while you try to buy back your keys for 2250 gp.
