Good day for killing

This story takes place near the Yew Orc Fort on Napa Valley Shard

I was hidden in the Orc Fort waiting for my next victim.  A guy in bone armor with a viking sword came into the fort, and I decided to mess around with him.

"Hail sir, who you like to spar with me?" I said.  I expected him to either run or attack me on sight.

"Are you a pk?" he asked.  He must have been kicked in the head by a donkey as a child.

"No, I am a murderer because I had to kill blue people who were trying to loot my house."

"Oh, alright.  Let's just fist-fight then, or I might kill you with my sword".   he replied.

LOL!  "Fine, you will probably win though, I'm not very good at wrestling." I said.   Guess I forgot to mention to him that I was a master wrestler.

We started up the fight, then when he had about 1/3 of his life left and I was a full, he told me to stop.  So I did, I stopped wrestling with him.  I did however accidentally equip my heavy crossbow and ram a crossbow bolt into him.  hehe.

"HHURRNNHHH!" He screamed as he tasted some grass and dirt.

I looted the corpse and then to my surprise, he ressed on sight.  He started verbally abusing me, so I was forced to send another bolt his way.  hehe.  He ressed again!   This time I didn't kill him, I actually gave him back most of his stuff (most of it was junk).  After he had it all back, I wished him well and told him to leave.  Now that he had his stuff back, he thought he had the balls to tell me that he and his friends would kill me later.  That is an unacceptable reply, I took him down just by giving him 2 or 3 punches to the face.  I took his stuff just to piss him off, I then saw my next victim coming along.

He was in a mages outfit, so I was scared at first, thinking he might send a few e-bolts my way.  Then he cast the powerful lighting spell on me that took away a whopping 10 damage.  I returned fire, THUMP!  Direct hit!  He tried to cast lightning again, but fizzled twice.  He was going to be much easier than I had anticipated.   3 more of my bolts had him near death.  He started to run away, but I was able to get 1 last shot off at him to send him to the ground.  He was packing about 30 of each regs, which will work nicely for my mage character.

I decided it was time to unload, so I recalled to my friend's house near Shame and unloaded the loot.  I figured I should check out the scenario around Shame, and see if I could find some more people to generously share their loot with me.

I walked around and found a mage with full plate on, riding a horse.  I attacked him and he tried to cast lighting, but fizzled.  hehe, all these dang 4th circle mages are just asking to be killed.  He sent a mighty fireball my way, that barely scratched me.  I had fired 2 bolts, only 1 had actually hit.  He tried his luck using a halberd, but my heavy crossbow was too much for him.  He got me to about 2/3 of my life, and he had about 5 hp left.  He started to take off, but he got caught in some bushes.  I got off a final bolt that ended his life.  I picked the corpse clean, and decided that since I had just got some good loot, I should drop it off first.

On my way back to the house, I came upon an archer.  He didn't look very good, he just had bone and a bow on him.  I attacked, but I was in for a big surprise.  I pulled up his paperdoll and discovered he was packing a magic bow!  I still figured I could take him, since I had 6 GH potions on me.  We each shot an arrow, both were direct hits, we each had about 2/3 of our hp left.  I thought to myself that he might be a little harder than I thought.  We shot again, 2 more hits, both of us had 1/3 life left.  I quickly gulped down a GH and had most of my hp back.  Then he drank a GH and had his back up too!  I snooped him and found that he had 4 GH potions left on him.  Since my stealing was at 2.3, I wouldn't be able to jack any of his potions.  I could tell this would be a long battle.  We each fired and returned fire, every time our hp would get lowered, we would drink another GH.  After a while, we were each at 1/2 our life, I only had 1 more potion left!  I drank it down and sunk an arrow right in his chest!  He was near death, he took off running (It was a good thing I had 6 GH instead of his 5, or I would have been dead).  He was a quick little bugger, he ran outta there before I could even start chasing after him.  Realizing I wouldn't be alive much longer if someone attacked me, I had to get out of there!

I sprinted back to the house, unloaded my stuff and logged out.  WHEW!  It was a very deceiving day.  I had killed 2 mages that I thought would be tough, because they could have actually been good mages and e-bolted my arse.  Then I go for an archer, thinking it will be an easy kill, and it ends up being my toughest battle yet!
