The night was like any other one back in the good old, fun dread days. Me and some of my friends and partners in crime, the Dread Lord Venom Raze and the Dread Lady Kandi, were killing like mad and getting rich. Mounted on our trusty steeds, we were at one of our favorite hunting grounds, the bridge west of the Chaos Shrine, which we nicknamed the Bridge of Death or the Bridge of Blood.

While we were hidden waiting for more sucke...um, I mean victims to show up, Raze crashed and was having trouble logging back on UO. Kandi and I finished of a gimp named Starkey fast, looted and went back into hiding. He found a wandering healer and came back to retrieve what possessions he could from his smoking corpse which was taking a dirt nap in the middle of the road. He was still looting his body when a pair Great Foo...um nobles came galloping up the road in their shiny plate armor. Not wanting to start something or leave Raze hanging as he was still not back in, Kandi and I remained hidden and discussed our options via ICQ chat.

The Great Lord Nyquist and the Great Lady Starlight stopped to speak to Starkey, still in his death robe. They asked him what happened and who got him. One of them shoved something invisible, which was Kandi, and asked who was there and to show ourselves. They asked several times who was there and I knew we were dealing with some rocket scientists since they obviously had not bothered to track. If they had, they would have found three hidden lords surrounding them. Of course, their next step was to try and blade spirit the lovely Kandi. She was close to a tree so the spell to not work but that was enough for me. I told who I was attacking first and she agreed.

 "Uus Jux." That is pk slang for 'Hail.' *You are attacking Starlight*

 *You see Kandi attacking Stalight*

 "Corp Por." That means 'Well met,' in pk talk.

 *Nyquist is attacking you* I guess loverboy doesn't like me.

 Another ebolt from me and a bolt from Kandi, UGGGGGGHHHHHHH. Poor Great Lady fell off her horse dead.

 *You see Kandi attacking Nyquist*

 "Uus Jux" but he hits me for 15 points of damage. Wow.

 "Corp Por" That spell fizzles. Damn. His bolt misses me.

 "Corp Por" That spell fizzles. Again? I hear a thunk as Kandi hits the mark.

 "Corp Por" Works this time and he drinks a weak heal potion and I see the heavy x-bow disappears from his hand. Uh oh, here comes recall.

 "Corp Por" Another good cast as the words "Kal Ort Por" appear over his head. He is near death and I feverishly pound my ebolt macro hoping for one more shot. I must have interrupted his casting because he spoke "Kal Ort Por" once again. This time, Kandi interrupted his spell with her heavy x-bow as I heard that sweet sound. UGGGGHHHHH. Another dead GL with his stupid horse standing over his lifeless body.

 *You see two dreads with new magical plate*
