1st PK by accident
 
 
This story takes place at a mining spot near Britain....
 
 
I was out mining, having a good time building some str, talking to some miners I know. So, I go down the side of the mountain a bit, and theres a pile of 14 ore, with no one around. So I grab it, like anyone naturally would.

Out pops some guy in all black and with a pick axe. He starts yelling "hey mother fuker, give me my OREEE back!!!! asshole." Yeah, this is making me wanna give you your ore back. So I say "well, since your being such an ass, you can buy your back, and 30GP per pile."

This guy goes crazy and starts throwing out cuss words at me, and they weren't even spelled right. So I start walking away, and he runs back up and says "okay, okay, please give me half my ore back." Yeah, I am gonna do that after he called me a "hore" and a "fagit".

I say "no, your not getting your ore back". He then says "I'll fight you for it". I thought something was up so I dumped everything on my horse, except for my bone armor, my GM made bow (these things rock), 50 arrows, and my poisoned practice dagger.

We were inside guard areas so we walk out, and go a little further up the road, and into the forest a bit, so as not to attract some Anti attention. First thing he says is "you attack me first, because I can't get any murder counts. so I attack him, with my dagger, promptly poisoning him.

"WTF" he says. I'm thinking "What do you mean 'wtf?' I attacked you, we are fighting" So I take dagger off and start attacking him with my bow. I missed the first 3 shots, but the poison was working, and taking his HPs down. He hits me with his viking sword for a whole whopping 5 points. about this time, I finally get an arrow to hit him, and he is down to about 10hp's. Then he gets poison damage and down to maybe 2 pts he goes. Just as he starts to run, I get a shot off, and I hear that lovely death noise.

I promptly start to loot the body, and he insta res's, and tries to grab stuff. So I shot him and he dies, again. This time he didn't res... smart move. Anyway, on his body he had 1000 ingots. Great because I was mining in the first place. He also has 1000 GP's and his viking sword which was magical, but only an accurate fortified viking sword, but still worth about 500 GP's. He also had about 15 recall scrolls (which is great because my Magery sucks) and a pick axe.

First off, why would anyone carry 1000gp and 1000ingots into a fight? I don't understand that. His sword I sold right away for 500GP and I sold the ingots for 5000GP. I put the recall scrolls in the bank along with the 6500gp's I made. All in all, for a first ever PK, I would have to say I made a pretty penny. The moral of the story is: don't be a dick, or you might lose more than your ore.
