Yes, We Can. Time for Change. I can't take another four years of hearing about Michelle Obamas toned arms then laughing at how fat they look.

Let someone new strut around like Royalty for a change. Preferrably someone who's much older and experienced.

All the Republicans need is a decent Orator and they are in business. That's all it takes to make it as President. ORATING SKILLS!

The only reason why you all lost this year is Sarah Palin. I am a democrat however I know a big bag of shit when I smell one and well wouldn't you know it? Not one candidate smelled like a dryer sheet.

If a Democrat has to win, think I would prefer Hillary Clinton. Sadly, she is the most likeable Democrat next to Leiberman. I think she has the biggest balls of all the Dems.

I didn't vote for Obama so much as I voted against Sarah Palin. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Next time around I think I'll just stay at home because if the past election taught me anything, it's that it really doesn't matter who you vote for when the candidates are a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich. One man's vote never made a difference anyway, especially when there's an electoral college.

Im not a big fan of Palin but why does everyone on the left hate her? I think the biggest problem the republicans had in 2008 was John Mccain. Another thing I will say is no i dont want to go back to the polices of Bush he was a liberal in conservatives clothing. Bush was an o.k. president and he didn't go out and outright lie (dont give me that WMD crap i know a lot more about that than you) to the American people the way Obama does but that doesn't change the fact that bush would have been considered liberal 50 years ago. He only seams conservative when compared to Obama because he isn't a socialist.

What republicans need now is a clear conservative leader not another sly politician (Palin, Romney, etc.). Unfortunately i just dont think i see one yet. I keep getting the slimy politician vibe from everyone.

You know more about WMD crap than anyone here? interesting.. you must be a terrorist.

Your entire thread is not without merit even if it is naive.. You can't see why everyone ON BOTH SIDES, not just the left, hates Palin? How about she is completely batshit insane who believes in creationism and that you can see Russia from Alaska? Why dont you pull up any one of her interviews and not laugh at her inane ramblings.

What makes Bush ok? He is one of the many reasons for such an economic downturn.

I know more about WMD because Im an explosive ordnance disposal tech in the U.S. Army. Im more informed on the subject because Im the guy who gets rid of them. Dont worry im not a terrorist lol. A lot went to Syria on civilian airliners we were not checking and we found a lot. The info isnt classified its out there dont take liberal talking points for granted.

I dont know if i agree with creationism but its hardly a far right opinion. According to wiki it means "Creationism is the religious belief[1] that humanity, life, the Earth, and the universe are the creation of a supernatural being."

Check out this poll there are many more. Its the most popular belief in the US. And i would wager Obama believes in it as well as any president ever elected.

Here is the original quote by Sara Palin on Russia and Alaska.
"'We have trade missions back and forth. We-- we do-- it's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where-- where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is-- from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to-- to our state." - Sarah Palin

The i can see Russia from my back yard is an SNL skit.
Last but not least you can indeed see Russia from Alaska. The following web page has a web can you can control your self and see it with your own eyes on a clear day. Click the drop down and click Russian coast.

Here is CNN on the subject.

http://ac360.blogs.cnn.com/2008/09/30/you-can-see-russia-from-here/

So is someone naive? Yes but i dont think its me. Do your research.

I think i do know why so many people hate Palin now though. They hate her because they know nothing about her and just believe any BS smear they heard on TV or from one of their liberal friends.

I still think she is a slimy politician but thats just her personality that i dont like.
