Default Washington Post owns up to biased reporting on elections.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/11/07/AR2008110702895.html

Admitting you did wrong this way is like saying sorry for cutting in line after you paid for your shit. Everybody and their momma bashes foxnews for their slanted news. I get sick of hearing liberals ramble on about FOXNEWS. I visit CNN/MSNBC/FOXNEWS/DRUDGEREPORT for my news because some sites publish articles the others don't. To dismiss FOXNEWS because it's biased is just saying im afraid to see what the other side has to say.

I often find a very interesting article headlined on 1 site and not see it anywhere on another who rather not report it.

This is why you have to look at both sides of the media instead of bash the other view.

Yah but its over so what.. unlike other media publishers and broadcasters other sources of the news are not constantly being caught in obviously blatantly biased media coverage. If it wasnt for fox news the Daily Show would have 40% less laughs and things to talk about for shit sakes.
plus as you have pointed out this just doesn't happen often with everyone else as fox news.
and to immediately label everyone who disses fox news as a liberal is a bit much man.

Yes the election is over but I am referring to people who dismiss news that doesn't cater to their view point. I understand FOXNEWS objective. However CNN and MSNBC are no more legit as unbiased news channels. The article washingtonpost admitted its coverage was favorable towards the Obama campaign.

I suspect not many get their news from multiple sources and worse is polling which I ignore completely.

Now that I am in the UK and get UK version of yahoo, which I also read their news, I see just how big a problem our foreign relations owes towards biased media. The foreign news media projects the completely wrong image of the United States. I mean here in the UK they do not even have seperation of church and state! Just saying I'm sick of hearing the same old bullshit. Yes conservatives have bullshit news channels but so are all the others.

Lies beget lies

Yah I can see that man.. You raise good and interesting points about the whole thing. This election was particularly nasty and so many people wanted their side of ideals and politics to win. Which is why you cannot have unbiased news coverage when it comes to politics.. think about it, you have to choose a side right? I mean at some point an editor or publisher is going to have to fight the urge to sway to his beliefs in his writing. I hate that it happens though because people really do not need to see politics behind a veil especially when its so critically important as deciding the "people's voice." Money talks and bullshit walks so these news papers and their respective advertising sponsors have to have some kind of input as to what happens I would imagine. I can't see how the CEO of Google, a company which contributed millions to the Obama campaign, if he had a relationship with the Executive Editor in Charge of any of the major media stations or publications and not having some kind of pull to make one of the candidates shine in favor of whom he wanted in office.

I dunno but if you any of you know a truly unbiased media source that completely shows the wrongs and rights of both sides of the story without suggestive language or biased imagery please share it with us I like staying current but like most people I am completely tired of the bs..

I feel the Daily Show is the closest thing to it except they bash Fox too much even when warranted.
