Thanks Supreme Court for deciding that habeas corpus, as defined in OUR constitution for OUR citizens, can now be used in our courts by unspooled foreign terror detainees.

Yeah, it's all well and good to say that the concept of habeas corpus should be the right of any walking upright mammal, and frankly I'm all for it as that ideology is what this country was built on. I'm not, however, all for our courts being used by whack job islamo-fascists in an attempt to derail the pain train that is rightfully coming their way at the hands of the military tribunals designed to deal with these animals since they are PoW's as defined in article 4 of the Third Geneva Convention.

But hey...what do I know? I guess one has to be an enlightened liberal justice to see the genius in this ruling.
