New FPS/RPG type game that is being released Feb. 1st. The game is being sold through Steam for $44.99 and a 4-Pack for $134.97 ($33.75 a piece). Buying the game now gets you into the beta going on right now for the month of January, I don't have much other information than that. I know a few people that got a 4-pack and split it, if you follow the link and read the FAQs there is a list of feature that are available for the single-time purchase and the additional feature available with monthly subscription.

They bought the 4-pack last night and were playing the beta after downloading it through Steam. Everybody seemed to have positive impressions, except a few were complaining about how the jet packs work. The servers were down today so I haven't heard anything else yet from them, but what I was hearing last night was all good.

Edit: I'm really hoping I can find 3 people that want to split a 4-pack, the ~$11 off would pay for another month of subscription.

I wasn't having much luck finding people to go in on a 4-pack with me and I got impatient so I bought the game. The game seems pretty fun so far, although hopefully the match making will be significantly better on release. You start as lvl 5 if you skip the intro or lvl 5 if you do the intro, and in PvP matches you tend to get into games filled with lvl 20-30s. Some classes it isn't that big of a deal, but Robotics class gets some really powerful turrets and healing deployments that really make it damn near impossible to take a point without really organized teamwork. I tried a pvp match or two with a lvl 5 Robotics and they kinda suck at first, but after 4-5 levels the big guns make them essential.

I'm playing mostly as a Recon atm, I plan on trying out each class to know what I want to focus on later, but since there are only 4 I might level them all eventually. The Recon class has stealth, sniping, and improved melee dmg and speed plus some nice mines. The sniper rifle takes about 3-4 shots to kill a person though and has a 1 sec refire speed so having a stealthing sniper isn't exactly OP.
