Jesus Christ. Finally someone realize dhow much money can be made with this character if a movie is made correctly. Back in the 80's they planned on making 10 Conan movie, but changed directors I believe and they fucked up the 2nd movie something awful. The first conan movie was a masterpiece. The producers want to spend $100 million so hopefully they plan to take care of the rest.

That would be fucking cool. ALTHOUGH what I REALLY want is a Hyborian STRATEGY game. I played this PBM one back when I was younger...fucking..so...awesome.

I for one don't want to see any new Conan movies. I don't know how you would be able to recapture what Arnold did for the series. Bodybuilding was just starting to take off and he was a Huge Star in the making.

Yea, the original was a masterpiece and for me, will never be beaten. I'm just curious how this new one will be since they are following Howard's Conan. It should make for a completely different type of movie, but Lionsgate films are pretty shitty...
