I am currently messing around with the site. I haven't see anything about in game WAR prizes. Its really just a time waster for WAR fans.

Basically you sign up, pick a side/char. Pick a region where you live or don't, doesn't matter. Then you can log in each day for gold, recruit more people under your banner for gold and collect heads that are littered on Warhammer sites for more gold. You then use this gold to give your side a boost. Of course Destruction heavily outnumbers Order, So I don't think there is enough gold in the game for Order to win.
