When I visit the WTF man forums I feel like Grandpa geting out of the nursing home! After UO on Baja with NH and crew, I did a little AC time (I failed at Dark Tide) and then missed out on EQ (by choice) and WoW (I do have a life now). I got to witness Rich ass rape entire armies in Planetside (man that game was FUN - I actually miss it!).

So are there any other old timers floating around???

I will never forget the day NH got his keep deleted by a GM....haha glory days!

Holy crap, that day sucked. That and the day that someone mushroom-bug-looted my tower (the next one) the night before the Clean Up Brittainnia patch was going in (we had SO many items saved to turn in) were the two things that STILL make my stomach ache when I look at my old UO screenshots.

I never played UO, but I did put in some serious time on AC, I started about 4-5 months after retail.

i was reading the wtfman archives a few days ago and i read up on that again...it sucked to read the first time and it sucked to read again a few days ago

I started playing UO back in March '98 so I missed the first 6 months. I still had a good time the remaining 2-3 years I played. I tried AC for a short while but ended up trading my AC account for a small house on the Europa server, lol. Good times I also hit up EQ for 1 month but went back to UO again as all my friends still played that game religiously .

Except from UO I really miss the first couple years of DaoC. Those were the glory days in my MMO career. I'm in Warhammer Online beta though and seeing that game is pretty much a merge between WoW and DaoC I have high hopes for when it releases. Hands down - WAR is the bomb!

I read WTFMan long before I ever became a member on the forums. I played uo not long after it came out... Can't remember a damn thing about it anymore.
