It just sorta happened over time. There are really 3 leaders of Harm. Addiction, Myself and Atrocity. Depending on the games we play and activity levels one or more of us step up when the others are inactive or quit games to get things done.
An example being WoW. I quite after 2 years and Addiction/Atrocity ran things. When AOC came out I became active in the guild again and eventually Atrocity quit and Addiction was playing maybe one day a week so I became the guy who ran things. In Warhammer it will probably be a mix of us again until someone quits. When we get to a point when all 3 leaders get sick of a game thats when we leave it.
Its a good system and the guild has grown and become more effective with every game we play because we always have a leadership presence.
