don't have a recipe but I went to a chili cook off once and had "White" chili and it was far and away the best friggin chili i've ever had.

Edit: and from what ive heard when you cook chili you should let it sit in the frig for a day after cooking then recook it.

I just mix browned hamburger, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, chili beans in sauce, dark red kidney beans, maybe some green peppers and chopped onions if I have them around. Then just use a packet of chili seasoning or throw in seasoning salt, chili powder, little basil, little oregano, and garlic powder.

The thing I added recently that I didn't think of for a long time was Bay leaves, when you've got everything in and you're ready to simmer the chili for a while add in like 3-4 bay leaves. Just remember to take them out after you're done cooking it, but the flavor it adds just really makes the chili 10x better.

Default Thanks Ganthor

I'm currently on 500 calorie diet and discovered this.

100 grams hamburger
2 small roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
8 or so corn chips

spices (cumin,oregano,etc.)

Brown hamburger. Chop up the garlic, onion, tomato and mix them into the hamburger. Add spices and enough water to cover everything. Simmer for a hour, crumble corn chips in, stir and simmer for another hour. Add more water as needed.

If you have salsa you really like try 1/2 cup of it.

500 cal diet? wtf.. how can you even sustain your energy on that? 1200 is a diet, 500 is less than what either one of the Olsen's twins eat in a day.
