Yea. Seen that and I think anyone who's been an IT guy in an office has done that sigh and been in some kind of similiar scenario where they've got some idiot telling them to do something when the idiot has no idea what they're doing.

"Restart the server! I can't get into Powerpoint! That's what you did last time and it worked! So do it now!"
