They're gonna make an NA server, which will go live sometime during the summer. Char transfer will be available but it can take up to months to get your char transferred. No items will be transferred.
No macroing of any kind. That includes autorunning/swimming.
They will continue to work hard towards banning people who use any other 3rd party programs than voice comms and screen capture program. This includes loot scripts as well.
Account sales are now pretty much open 24/7. They will continue to upgrade the server park to accomedate(sp?) this. Existing customers and them getting a good expereince on the servers have priority over new ones, which is why accounts have not been available 24/7 since release.
