Default George Carlin Dead at 71

Fucking terrible news:

The Associated Press: George Carlin mourned as a counterculture hero

One of my favorite bits by him:

YouTube - George Carlin - Religion is bullshit.

Yea. Totally shitty.

The man lived the way he wanted though.

My buddies and I were gaming when we heard the news and we discussed what his last words were.

I said it was probably something simple. "Shit."

Yeah, I got to see him on his last time in Atlanta. I hated the fact that he started to bring politics into his act, but aside from that I feel very fortunate to have been able to see the legend.

/goodnight funnyman

Perhaps the greatest quote of all time...

“The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.”

Good one, George.

RIP
