Default Assassin's Creed 2

I have to tell you I am awe struck that Nighthawk managed to 100% achievement this game. I couldn't do it myself as the repetitive nature of flag collecting was too much bullshit with no payoff. However the repetitiveness of part one seems to have gone the way of the DoDo with part 2. Not only is this the most anticipated game of the year for myself but will probably be the game that I play from start to finish in a consecutive gaming marathon over the following weekend of release. I haven't decided if PC of 360 will be my platform as the idea of higher resolution pc graphics are very much a desired thing for me. Plus I can just play with the 360 controller on the computer.

So here are videos for you to watch.

Justice Trailer

Dev Diary 1

Dev Diary 2

what is your most anticpated new game of the year?

A close runner up for me is Dragons Age Origins

I missed out on the screening of the trailer at PAX. the line was way too long to warrant waiting in.

I think Assassin's Creed 2 and NHL 10 are the two I am waiting for mainly, I think there were a few others though being released in November with Assn. Creed 2. I'm just going to stick with 360 versions of things because a lot of things it's just nice to have the controller, and I don't have to pay to play any of these games on 360. I know there's a slight chance of getting my console banned, but as long as I'm careful I'm using a method many have used for years without being banned. My 20 pack of DVD+R DL's is almost all used up.

About the graphics, I'm curious what resolution you run on your PC, I use my 26" PC monitor at my desk for the 360 and it's going at 1920x1080, the max I can do is 1920x1200. Obviously you can have things like FSAA and Anisotropic Filtering using graphics cards on PC, but as far as resolution I don't think many people play at a resolution higher than 1920x1200.

Assassin's Creed 2
NHL 2010
Newest GTAIV DLC
Fallout 3 GOTY Edition (don't want to buy all the DLC by itself)
CoD: MW 2

These are what I'm waiting for the most, although several others like Wet, Dragon Age, The Saboteur and Alpha Protocol might be good too.

2010 already looks to be shaping up nicely too with Mafia 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Bioshock 2 and Max Payne 3 coming out in Q1.

"Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City includes both The Lost and Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony together on disc exclusively for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City will be available worldwide October 29th 2009 for $39.99 and will not require a copy of the original Grand Theft Auto IV to play."

I think I will just wait til then and burn myself a copy.

I tell you I dont use netflix as i am the worlds biggest pirate with over 3 terabytes of movies/progs/music/pictures (only 10 gigs is porn) and one of the most awesome things about 360 is Windows Media Center streaming everything to it. It wont stream my external harddrive but the regular video section of the 360 dashboard will. Nothing like watching seasons of shows like OZ that you never got to watch in 5.1 streamed glory. I dont use netflix as its unnecessary to me.

I am mostly stoked to play it with full PhysX if you check the PhysX trailer for it the game looks that much better. Then yes add FSAA and Anis. Filtering then things are sexier. I currently do not play my xbox360 at anything but 780p as my 360 is the HDMI-less model.
