Default Netflix Streaming

Has anyone else given this a try? I set up my account this morning and am watching a movie right now. 9 bucks a month for unlimited streaming videos, ontop of having a gold live account. sure its free to pirate them but sometimes I like to do things on the level..

Yah man I sure do, I think its awesome especially for movies I don't intend to keep and only watch once.. The microsoft/netflix thing is brilliant and kudos to MS to acquiring the contract with them.. I mean last night after beating Dead Space I streamed fucking Big Trouble in Little China.. Need I say more? Besides that man it does the one thing I can't seem to make work on the PC streaming my torrents whilst they download. Gamefly/netflix/torrents/gaming.. now when I find a new ex-girlfriend everything I need will be met and the prophecy fulfilled.

The only bad thing about any of these streaming services is that it eats up bandwidth prety quick. Since almost all the ISP's have monthly limits, it doesn't take long to reach those depending on the ISP you are with. I have Comcast and they give me 250 GIG a month of bandwidth. Thats a fuckton. Without watching anything through Netflix I usually burn off about 30-35GB a month. Basically every full length movie you watch is about 4.5 GB.

The Netflix streaming is definitely a cool service.

Which means you could still watch almost 50 movies a month at your current usage. That's quite a lot of movies.

Anyhow, I also have the netflix thing. One-at-a-time movies by mail (for blueray and such that isn't available streaming) and all the streaming I can handle... for like $9 a month. It's a deal that absolutely should not be missed.
