Well you know the best conclusions on a subject come from real experience otherwise my opinion on the subject might be very different.

But like I said from my own personal experiences this is the conclusion I came to in the end. Others might have had very different experiences and therefore may feel differently but that was mine so I stand by it.

Now if we could just get some legalization around this place I would be one happy camper.

I will say this. I have yet to ever see anyone get violent after smoking a joint. I have seen people turn into real assholes while drunk so much so that it forever changed my opinion of them.

I have also yet to see someone stoned drive down the road dangerously drifting into the other lane and such. I have seen people's kids get killed by a drunk driver.

I also do not get sick when I smoke weed and the room never spins. Alcohol always makes me feel like shit either because I over do it by accident (some times on purpose) or because it leaves me with a nasty hangover the next day.

Bottom line I have come to the conclusion that weed is safer more fun and just plain all around better than alcohol will ever be.

But hey to each his own eh.

This; however, I haven't smoked since college. I do have a drink a few nights a week.

I have a recipe for a dirty martini which is what I usually drink:

2 oz grey goose
1/2 oz mezzeta garlic stuffed olive juice
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1 teaspoon cocktail onion juice

Shake it up with ice, throw in an olive and a few cocktail onions and it's done.
All my friends tell me its gross. Maybe I like it so much because I usually end up drinking theirs too.

Opiates are my drug of choice. Or I should say used to be. I have back problems and got on Oxy 80's and 30's and its done a decent amount of damage to life in general.

Long and short is Marijuana or Alcohol in moderation are fine. Its when you abuse the shit that the one becomes worse then the other.
