The people I work with

I have known this for some time, but the people I work with are the biggest fucking dumbasses I have ever seen in my fucking life. The continously do shit wrong. Part of my job is to send out "reminder" e-mails to the group on procedures and to remind them they are not being followed.

The big problem is that our supervisor doesn't give 2 shits about anything. She always says she is so busy doing this or that. She hasn't got a fucking clue about how to do our job. I just love that kind of supervisor. How the fuck do people like this get jobs in groups they have never performed the work for? It's because instead of getting rid of the person, someone wanted to save their job so they got placed in another group.

A co-worker and I have both been copying emails to her showing what we think is going wrong in our workgroup. We give examples, what the procedures say to do and a way to fix it. All we hear are crickets. She then informs us that she doesn't see the problems that we see. WTF?!?!?

I sure wish the job market was better because I would be gone so quick it would take 100 years before the tread marks from my tires would be gone from the parking lot.

The only thing that keeps me around is the fact I get to work from home 3 days a week, plus I get some pretty good benefits.

convince a co-worker that he/she overheard her making sexual passes to you and file a harrasment charge... Problem solved.

I have had the same situation in the military bro, its a worldwide epidemic that cannot be contained. If anyone wants to see what we are referring to by all means rent download or view the movie idiocracy. That is what is happening to this world.

There isnt much you can do besides try to talk to HER immediate supervisor and provide him/her with the details of what you see needs to be fixed and how she isnt the one to fix it i guess.

Do you want to smell like a Rat??? Yes I know that your trying to better the companies situation by pointing out the obvious but if it was that OBVIOUS then her immediate would of already taken care of the problem...

People get spots they don't need for various reasons... Lies? Asskissing? Sex? Blackmail? who knows the list could go on and on...

Plenty of ways she could have gotten that job, if shes as incompetent as you say she is.

1) what color is she? could be affirmative action hire.
2) Is she related to anyone in the company?
3) Is her boss the kind of guy to take sexual favors? Or for that matter is she extremely attractive?

Job market, is probably going to get even worse. Considering the way the economy looks.

I have been long wondering exactly that. We have capsha on our registration and as far as I know a true bot cannot handle that image authentication. So, for the user creation portion, it almost 100% verifies that a real person is involved.

No idea how they justify that level of effort for such a small/inactive forum.
