Several people have animated avatars. Dunno what they did different....

You have a maximum size of 120k since I don't want 50 people with 1MB avatars posting in one thread causing some poor schmuck with crappy internet service to take all day to load. Is yours smaller than that? If not, it may only upload enough to get a frame and then say fuckit.

That could be it.. I was going for dimensions more than size I have one that is under 120k and 100x67 and will not animate.. If I try to link it to photobucket it says remote file is too large.. Here is the link for it if you want to take a gander... Saving Private Pwn

Heh, ok, you caught me in a technicality. The restriction was 120000 bytes, not 120KB. Normally that is close enough of a description since it's 1024 bytes to KB, not 1k even the difference is negligible... but you found one so close in size that the difference mattered.

That file is 119.68KB but 122554 bytes. I upped the restriction to 125000 bytes so that should work now. Not that I can read that tiny text on that gif at my resolution....

lol well i keep mine at 1024 when web browsing as seems to be the standard for most pages only when gaming does it get to 1900+. But thanks none the same.
