Games are judged by their entertainment value and I don't have to tell you that the value is judged by each player individually, not collectively. If Adam derives entertainment from a particular game with questionable pvp quality...who cares? UO isn't a governing body you owe your allegiance to, nor is WoW.
Was UO the best mmo ever? Without a doubt, but life moves along. Why give people a hard time for doing what they like doing?

i posted in a light hearted fashion dripping with satire choad. Why is everyone so serious more or less ?
I am actually 27 man and intended that post to be a mocking of Adam for flamebait reasons with no real intention of being taken seriously.
It is just surprising to me as it was to NH that he is adamantly defending wow's pvp coming from the greatest mmorpg pvp games. I hear NH loud and clear and have several friends that no longer have the desire to be bothered with the idea and notion of being killed while they go look for items. What is even more shocking is how Adam became so offended to NH opinion ( that right one I might add ) ... but whatever man.. your right choad to each their own. I dont see how a different opinion constitutes a hard time.
and for the fact UO is the governing body to which all are judged. if you claim to have good enjoyable pvp it better have something thats fun.
Most people I have seen have become disillusioned as to what WoW provides them. WoW caters to the masses and for what it does WoW cannot be beat: constant updates, bugs squashed weekly unlike UO's retarded publishes, and constant game content. But when all is said and done its very basic and is nothing but an endless grind as has been stated. So WoW is where everyone is, so WoW is where I will hang my hat, but what happens is is that you begin to become absorbed and evercracked to what WoW provides.
Explain how not having any risk is fun? explain how random pvp arenas filled with fucktards is fun? explain having to do instances all the time for competition capable gear is fun? I like many others have a hard time grasping this mundane concept. Carebear stays in my vocabulary for a reason. I didnt think that the whole trammel thing would catch on like it did but sure enough its brough on a steady deevolution of mmorpgs imho. nothing like playing it safe in the middle of the road staring up at vanilla clouds which is what WoW does.. anyways... for my juvenile side fuck WoW and its endless clones along with the people who defend them. eat me.
