Razor is actually a lot better than UOE. I have always been a fan of UOE since first using it back in '98. The only feature that is great about UOE that Razor doesn't have is Fastwalk. Fastwalk isn't a "standard" speed hack that you later saw popping up everywhere during the UOR era. It was purely a process that manipulated the packet structure for movement that allowed you to move as if you had 0 ping. EA finally corrected this just like several other packet exploits. UO servers today disallow a character to move quicker than 0.1s per tile making any sort of speed alteration impossible to move quicker than this pace. The only benefit that any speed hacking program has now is speeding up your machine or connection making you quicker in that aspect. This could be accomplished by getting a better machine and connection though. The character in game still will not move any quicker than that cap with the server under any circumstances, it's impossible without being able to manipulate the packets like UOE did back in the day.

Razor has a lot more available options than UOE with the ability to record macros. If a gaming feature doesn't exist in Razor that existed in UOE a carbon copy could simply be recorded to make it exist. Macros with unbelievable features can be made through this program. The only thing that I hate about Razor is the people who made it, the RunUO team. The RunUO team has not handed out the necessary tools to limit Razor. There is script available that can restrict a very limited amount of features but leaving a lot others that is just as damaging.
