You have a maximum size of 120k since I don't want 50 people with 1MB avatars posting in one thread causing some poor schmuck with crappy internet service to take all day to load. Is yours smaller than that? If not, it may only upload enough to get a frame and then say fuckit.

That could be it.. I was going for dimensions more than size I have one that is under 120k and 100x67 and will not animate.. If I try to link it to photobucket it says remote file is too large.. Here is the link for it if you want to take a gander...
