I was assuming the first one, but Im aware there have been a number of NWN games. Id suggest giving the 2nd a try if you can. Ive been having a pretty good time with it so far, Im sure eventually it will get boring as all things do.
You can take the town comment however you like personally my town has turned into a shithole, and it used to be all white and christian now its about 55% mexican, so im sure you can figure that one out.
